Combining male and female tutor energy using yoga, meditation, visualisation and practical exercises to facilitate health and wholeness on every level of being, these days promise to be transformational, inspirational and a lot of fun! £60 each day.

Living Spirit
Four advanced workshops to release blocks and enhance and strengthen your connection to spirit in everyday life, integrating your higher self more fully with your personality.
